You are beautiful

More often than not, you cannot see how unique and beautiful you are.

We as humans come in all shapes and sizes… we choose our vehicle before we come to this harsh planet… hence it's perfect fo us.

Beauty comes from within – from our heart. Have often have we looked at someone who is old, unattractive, even deformed and thought 'You are beautiful'.

Forgive your 'mistakes', your feelings of not measuring up to the impossibly unrealistic images that media has thrust upon us. We are not clones of beauty, we are unique one-offs. Our imperfections make us more beautiful.

Just be yourself – eat what you love, drink what you love, dress how you love, live how you love – there's so much to love about yourself. You are uniquely beautiful.

Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself gently as you would a little child. Forgive yourself. There is only one of you on this planet! You are beautiful!
